Is shipping safe for your puppy?

I have so many people asking me about shipping and is it safe to ship a puppy? I guess that really
depends on who you ask...Some people think it is just terrible to ship a puppy. It is totally an opinion.
I have shipped puppies for over 5 years now. I do not see a problem with it at all.
I use NW Airlines. I also have used Continental a few times with good service. I require that the flight be a non-stop if at all possible. So you will have to use a larger airport. I also would rather not ship on weekends
because the flights are busy and I want my puppies to be well cared for. I will not ship over seas.
I have puppies from coast to coast, Mexico, Canada, and Alaska. JCC puppies get around!!!!

Animals are shipped all over the country. If it was not safe it would not be allowed. I was at the airport one day
and over 100 puppies/dogs had been shipped that day. Shipping guidelines are tight and followed closely.
Fines are applied if they are found at fault.

I always ask my people to contact me to report how the puppy did and I always have good reports.
Here is an example....These puppies went to California.

Hi Jane...I expected some cute puppies but these are way beyond my expectations. My gosh Jane, they are
absolutely adorable!!! So pretty, playful, friendly and just precious. Since we were late getting there because of
car trouble, all of the cargo people in the office were taking care of them. They had them in a nice quiet room,
fed them, they pottied and all played with them. They all loved them!!! Not afraid or fearful at all. Very loving and well
adjusted. I can't say enough good things about them. You are doing a wonderful job raising such jewels as these.
So much more than I expected and even better than their pictures!!! Thank you so much for our new additions to our
family.

Shipping a puppy is a service I choose to provide for my customers.
It is a lot of extra work...booking the flight,extra trip to the vet for health cert,
store to get a crate, getting the crate ready, and of course getting to the airport!!
It is not uncommon for me to be up at 3 AM getting a puppy bathed
and ready to go. They have to be there 2 hours before departure.
